Infiltrate Humanity as an Anxious Android in Speaking Simulator Today on Nintendo Switch!
BRISBANE, AUSTRALIA – January 30, 2020 – Speaking Simulator, the hilarious game about an android struggling to infiltrate human society, dominates social situations with perfect pronunciation on Nintendo Switch and Steam today.
Create an android with the goal of living among and eventually subjugating the good people of Earth. Learn their mannerisms, their customs, their pastimes, and their way of speaking. Equipped with advanced speech emulation technology, it should be no problem at all. And yet…
Talking is not always easy for humans. This “human” tends towards awkward pauses, excessive eye contact, and inappropriate mouth noises. Wield tricky QWOP-style controls to manipulate the android’s lips and tongue to form accurate meat noises that hopefully sound something like words. Execute perfect gesticulation and the world will not stand a chance.
Scenarios start off as basic watercooler chat but quickly become more complicated. Challenges like shoveling peas into the android’s mouth mid-sentence make the inherent pain of human interaction even more apparent. The poor robot has an adverse reaction to people becoming suspicious of it: as it flubs more words, its face gradually starts to smoke and eventually explode. Emulating and infiltrating humanity with half a face might be…difficult.
The smoother the speech, the higher the score, allowing for more upgrades to ramp up the difficulty and the score threshold. Optimize Socio-Optic Dynamics to adjust eye contact with suspicious humans. Choose to install some new Expressive Facial Pistons to activate eyebrow wiggling to express intricate human face emotions. PC players can use their own faces to manipulate the android by enabling the webcam controller option in the control settings.

That is why we made Speaking Simulator. So humans like us can speak to other humans.”
Speaking Simulator is available in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Korean and Traditional and Simplified Chinese today on PC/Mac via Steam. Korean, Russian and Simplified and Traditional Chinese will be available on Switch at a later date, with all other languages available at launch.

Hardcore Turn-Based Tactics RPG Battle Brothers Heads to Switch in 2020!
London, United Kingdom – January 30th, 2020 – UKIYO Publishing and Overhype Studios are proud to announce that its critically acclaimed procedurally-generated tactics title Battle Brothers is coming to Nintendo Switch in 2020. Soon, you’ll be able to manage your merry band of mercenaries on the go!
Having launched on PC to rave reviews in 2017, Battle Brothers is a turn-based tactical RPG in which players accrue their own mercenary gang in a gritty, medieval fantasy world. You decide whom to hire, where to go, what contracts to take on, and how to manage your private militia. Running a company requires blood, sweat and tears as you balance your budget, equip your crew, and do whatever it takes to put food on the table as you wander through this unforgiving world.
Once in combat, Battle Brothers is a different kind of tactical affair, as you position your players into place. They best be well equipped, however, as different weapons will have different advantages and disadvantages against the rogue gallery of cronies. Split shields with axes, stun enemies with a mace, form a phalanx with spears, or crush enemy armour with a war-hammer. Everything in Battle Brothers is permanent, so once you lose a soldier, they’re gone forever. And if you lose your whole squad, it’s game over! The world of Battle Brothers is rough and unforgiving, ensuring that the stakes are always high both in battle and in the monetary management outside of it.
In addition to all of Battle Brothers’ tactical depth, UKIYO Publishing and Overhype Studios will release all DLC, including the Lindwurm, Warriors of the North, Beasts & Exploration, and Blazing Deserts expansions, adding a bevy of new gameplay mechanics, quests, creatures, equipment and more post-launch this summer.
“Battle Brothers was a big success for us on PC thanks to our passionate and supportive community that offered us loads of useful feedback,” said Jan Taaks from Overhype Studios. “Among other things a Switch version of the game was kept being requested to allow Battle Brothers to be played on the go. In addition, we can now bring our challenging, hardcore strategy game to a whole new audience on the Switch!”
“When we first saw Battle Brothers we were instantly in love with it and were really hoping that we could port it to Switch for a whole new audience,” said Martin Hann of UKIYO Publishing. “We love both tactics titles and gaming on the go, so this was a match made in heaven… only with a lot more decapitations.”

29 January, 2020 – Indie publisher Digerati is delighted to announce that it’s bringing the colorful 2D RPG-platformer Underhero to consoles next month.
The debut game from Venezuelan studio Paper Castle, Underhero is inspired by Paper Mario (among many other RPGs) and offers its own oddball spin on RPG adventures with a special timing-based combat system, old-school platforming fun, a quirky cast of characters, and a lighthearted story about an unlikely hero on an unforgettable journey to save a kingdom.

Witness Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards Bring Inca Lore to Life on Nintendo Switch Later This Year!
New York City, USA – January 21st, 2019 – Digitart Interactive has just put out a new video showcasing the action-packed gameplay of its Inca mythology-based action-RPG Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards. Coming to PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in 2020, Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards stars comic book creator and actress Paula Garces (Harold & Kumar series, On My Block, The Shield) as Incan demigod Aluna.
Created by actress Paula Garces and Antonio Hernandez in response to the underrepresentation of both latino and female superheroes in comics, Aluna went on to become a cult hit and is currently starring in the ongoing comic book saga, The World of Aluna, written by Assassin’s Creed and Batman: Arkham Origins scribes Ryan Galletta, Dooma Wendschuch, and Corey May. Aluna further made a name for herself in video games after becoming a playable character in S2 Games’ popular MOBA Heroes of Newerth, where she was played by Paula Garces herself.
“One of our goals when we created Aluna was to bring the world of 16th Century Latin America to life,” said Digiart Interactive founder Antonio Hernandez. “We’ve seen plenty of games about Greek and Norse mythology, but little representation for Inca lore. There’s such a rich cultural history to explore there, and as much as we’ve enjoyed making the comic book series, we wanted to truly immerse our audience in a fully realized world that they could explore firsthand.”
“Aluna has been a very personal project for me,” said Aluna creator and actress Paula Garces. “Latino women are seldom given starring roles, especially when it comes to superhero comics and video games. Yet there’s so many Latino women who play games and read comics, who never see themselves reflected in the media they admire. With Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards, I wanted to change that.”
Developed by Digiart Interactive and N-Fusion Interactive, Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards follows the exploits of Aluna, the warrior daughter of a Spanish conquistador and South American nature goddess Pachamama. Raised in early 16th century Spain, Aluna escaped to the New World only to realize it was her true homeland. Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards sets our heroine on a quest through Inca mythology as she strives to restore the amulet her goddess mother entrusted to her… and fulfill her true destiny.
Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards combines the deep action-RPG mechanics of Diablo with the revisionist mythology of God of War. Based around Inca lore, Aluna: Sentinel of the Shards features mythological gods, beasts, and tales that formed the backbone of 16th century Colombian culture. Venture from the Sanctuary seaside cliffs through the massive jungles of the New World, all the way to Nagaric’s Temple in the Volcanic Canyons in this epic historical adventure.
