LOS ANGELES, California, August 2nd,  2018 — Developed by Data East™, Flying Tiger’s Johnny Turbo’s Arcade presents Shoot Out, an action-packed shooting game where players must track down and eliminate the Mob Boss.

Before beginning the game, players can participate in target practice. There are eight stages, each featuring unique locations and different enemies. Locations include city streets, an amusement park, subway, tunnel and hotel. Enemies are armed with beer bottles, guns and even rocks.

Once the player has gotten past all of the henchmen, they must brave mafia headquarters and engage in the ultimate showdown with the Mob Boss himself.

With the Real Arcade Feel, Shoot Out brings the best of the 80’s arcade shooters to Nintendo Switch™.

SEATTLE, Wash. – AUGUST 2, 2018 – Salt and Sanctuary, Ska Studios’ brutal hand-drawn 2D Soulslike platformer with over 800,000 downloads, releases today on the Nintendo Switch with the help of porting specialist BlitWorks.

After a confrontation with an eldritch beast from the dark depths of the sea slaughters a pirate crew, a lone survivor washes ashore. An old man proffers ominous riddles to this person, calling them the Saltborn. Seeking answers, the Saltborn arms themself and sets out across an island haunted by all manner of undead monstrosities.

Create a character, customizing everything from physical appearance to weapon choice, and explore this forgotten land either alone or with another Saltborn via local co-op. Make a character build ranging from a measured, patient swordswoman who cuts only at opportune times to a wicked spellcaster that manipulates the elements to their advantage. Sixteen weapon types, more than fifty sets of armor that offer stats, abilities, and change appearance, and a massive skill tree offer the chance to survive Salt and Sanctuary in near-infinite ways.

The cruel, aberrant creatures that prowl these cursed lands stop at nothing to purge the Saltborn from their territories. Over twenty brutal bosses, from the jawless Queen of Smiles to the dreaded Witch of the Lake, eviscerate interlopers on sight. Cautious adventurers can best these challenges in tough-but-fair combat however they wish. Dodge, block, cleave, and scorch adversaries in hopes of revealing the horrifying secrets of the island and its drowned denizens.

Even after discovering the truth, sinister tribulations provide reasons to play Salt and Sanctuary multiple times. Difficult New Game+ and Challenge Modes including permadeath mean that masochists always have a thrilling trial ahead.”

VANCOUVER – August 2, 2018 – Guilt Battle Arena, the frantic one-bullet gunfight party game with local multiplayer for up to four people from publisher Forward XP and developer Invincible Cat, today receives version 3.0 as a free update to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.

In this hyper-cute couch-competitive game, each player has a gun with only one bullet. After firing it, the only way to get it back is to go pick it up, dodging shots all the while. Guilt Battle Arena’s two-button controls make it accessible for anyone, and its heart-thumping action guarantees nonstop fun.

Guilt Battle Arena returns with six new game modes in version 3.0, bringing the total to 13 and offering twice the content for solo play and local multiplayer. Fight through a gauntlet in Cup mode – alone or with three friends – and try to unlock all the medals. Add insult to injury in Heart Stealer mode by taking enemies’ hearts to heal when they’re defeated. Battle alongside a pet in Alien Pet mode, where one character’s gun is swapped with a damage-dealing creature.

Each match in Guilt Battle Arena brings even more shenanigans thanks to four new modifiers – Short Range, Low Gravity, Fast Bullet, and Shoot Behind – bringing the total to 10! Combine multiple modifiers to shake up matches and add flair to kills. Use Low Gravity with Trampoline to simulate fighting in space! Take customization even further with up to 79 insanely adorable costumes for the cartoonish characters.

Those who want to take a breather from competition can set out to defeat the Dreadful Judge and his minions by unlocking levels in Horde mode. Up to two players battle increasingly chaotic streams of enemies to beat your high score and earn bragging rights.

Staffordshire, UK – Lightwood Games has announced the latest add-on packs for Pic-a-Pix Deluxe, their popular picture puzzle game for Nintendo Switch.

Pic-a-Pix Deluxe is the only picross game for Nintendo Switch to include touch screen controls, a four player multiplayer mode and regular monthly content updates.

August will see the release of five new packs of puzzles as low-price downloadable content on the Nintendo eShop.

On August 2nd, Classic Puzzles 8 adds another 60 familiar black-and-white picross puzzles to the game.

Pic-a-Pix Deluxe is best known for its full colour puzzles and there will be even more content available on August 16th with the release of three additional packs in a choice of sizes.

For casual players, Small Puzzles 8 includes 45 puzzles using only 10×10 and 15×15 grids.

For the more adventurous, Large Puzzles 8 contains 30 puzzles at the 15×20 and 20×20 sizes.

For those who can’t decide – or who just can’t get enough – Mixed Puzzles 8 features another 30 puzzles across all those sizes.

On August 30th, Giant Puzzles 3 will be added. Giant Puzzles are an occasional update, featuring the largest and most challenging puzzles in the game.

Version 1.20 of Pic-a-Pix Deluxe, releasing later this month, adds support for even larger puzzles and Giant Puzzles 3 will include new 40×30 and 45×35 grid sizes. These brand new puzzles are certainly not for the faint of heart!

With 300 puzzles included in the base game and 30 add-on packs already available, Pic-a-Pix Deluxe is the new king of picture puzzle games! In total, there are more than 1,500 puzzles to solve – and more will continue to be added every month!

Packs are available as downloadable content on the Nintendo eShop. Players can jump directly to the add-on list from the “Extra” section of the game.

SANTA ANA, California, July 31, 2018 — Nicalis, Inc. today announced that Code of Princess EX is ready for battle and releases today in digital and physical form on Nintendo Switch. Developed by Studio Saizensen, Code of Princess EX remains true to the classic action RPG, while introducing new HD graphics, a local co-op option and numerous other gameplay additions and enhancements including smarter AI, updated balancing, a new character leveling-up system and overall better playability.

Code of Princess EX features classic “hack-and-slash” gameplay where players can freely move between three different planes of action and attack enemies using a variety of powerful fighting combos, lock-on and burst systems. There are over 50 different playable characters in the game who can be leveled up throughout multiple game modes, including Campaign, Free Play and Bonus Quests.

The main storyline in Code of Princess EX focuses on Princess Solange of DeLuxia, who is thrust into the role of guardian and protector of the legendary sword DeLuxcalibur after her family’s castle is overtaken by a siege of rampaging monsters. Venturing out beyond the castle walls, she soon discovers that the monster onslaught has blanketed the entire kingdom with terror and oppression. Published by Nicalis, the digital and physical release of Code of Princess EX is rated “T for Teen” by the ESRB and is available now on Nintendo Switch for $39.99 MSRP.
