Psychological Horror Adventure 3rd Eye Bedevils Switch Later This Year!
Tokyo, Japan – Sept. 19, 2019 – Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) publishing label UNTIES and developer 3rd Eye Project will bring 3rd Eye, the visually-striking and horrific point-and-click adventure set in the Touhou Project universe, to Steam on Sept. 30. Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 will be tormented in Q4 2019.
Koishi Komeiji is a quirky child with no friends but an incredible gift. As her 3rd eye awakens, she can see lingering traces of the past and glimpse inside people’s hearts, all brought to life as surreal, hand-drawn visual manifestations.
Explore the mysterious world and souls of those around Komeiji using the 3rd eye to discover items and clues. See the motivations of those she encounters along her journey painted in dreamlike strokes, but use these powers sparingly as overuse of the 3rd eye will cause it to become bloodshot, restarting the level. Only special drops will prevent red eye.
A hauntingly beautiful art style sets the tone of this gripping narrative exploring universal themes of loneliness and isolation across six chapters, with more than 10 characters (including special appearances of popular Touhou Project originals), a 20,000-word script and three possible endings. Help Koishi learn to understand the feelings of others and build friendships to ease her solitude.
“3rd Eye takes a visual approach to the loneliness we all feel at some point in our lives and the ways we learn to connect with others,” said Akinari Itoh, G&R Representative, UNTIES. “The talented development team at 3rd Eye Project have given life to these common struggles through compelling illustrations, revealed through gameplay and depicting the woes we all face.”
3rd Eye will be available on Steam for $14.99 USD/Euro and will support English and Japanese.

Neo Cab Arrives Oct 3rd on Nintendo Switch!
Melbourne, Australia – Sept. 19, 2019 — Is your rideshare driver more than just a star rating? Have you ever stopped to consider how their day is going? Fellow Traveller and Chance Agency are excited to announce their emotional survival game of rideshare driving in an AI-driven world, Neo Cab, will be arriving on October 3rd. It will be coming to both PC (Windows, Mac) at $14.99 USD and Nintendo Switch at $19.99 USD. Pre-orders are live on the Nintendo eShop right now, and players are also invited to try Neo Cab in a new demo on Steam or Nintendo Switch! How will you manage your emotions under pressure?
Neo Cab, an emotional survival game with a strong narrative focus, challenges you to stay human in a world overcome by automation. Play as Lina, one of the last human rideshare drivers in a near-future, AI-driven world. Your friend and only lifeline has gone missing; with no money and nowhere to stay, the only thing you can do is keep driving. Use the Neo Cab app to navigate the city, choose your passengers, and engage with them to learn their stories — and uncover the truth about your own.
Inspired by the rise of our app-driven daily lives, Neo Cab Creative Lead Patrick Ewing is eager to confront the possible perils of our automated future saying, “What are the merits of personal, human service and why are sterile, automated interactions often presented as a core part of utopia? In Neo Cab, Lina is one of the last human drivers, and so those who get into her cab are in need of the human touch! Some of her passengers will enjoy having a conversation while they get from Point A to Point B. Others might prefer that automated utopia, and see Lina as just another node in the service mesh of automated capitalism.”
Neo Cab will release on Oct. 3, 2019, for Windows, Mac, and Nintendo Switch.
