ENDER LILIES Awakens Today on Nintendo Switch!
TOKYO – June 21, 2021 – ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights, the dark fantasy metroidvania fairy tale from publisher Binary Haze Interactive, launches this morning on Nintendo Switch™ in most of the world simultaneously alongside its v1.0 graduation out of Steam Early Access for Windows PC. The European Nintendo Switch version will become available at 24:00 CEST tonight.
Developers Live Wire, Adglobe Tokyo and Adglobe Montreal Studio add five gorgeously hand illustrated new areas for the v1.0 update, bringing the total up to eight. Each additional environment offers challenging new bosses and mysterious secrets to uncover.
The ENDER LILIES soundtrack also releases today on streaming services Spotify and Apple Music, as well as on storefronts iTunes and Amazon Music, and Steam as a DLC. Composed by Mili, a veteran musical group with credits on anime shows such as Ghost in the Shell and Goblin Slayer and rhythm games with millions of fans like Cytus and Deemo, the ENDER LILIES soundtrack sets a hauntingly melancholy stage for the narrative.
Awaken in a cathedral, fight your way past the horrors lying in wait within, and step out into a cursed rain devastating the kingdom of Land’s End. Guide priestess Lily safely past the blighted undead, formerly happy residents of her homeland, on a quest to find the source of the rain of death and end it once and for all.
Defeat former friends turned deadly bosses, then exorcise them of the blight to bring them into your party as equippable companion spirits. Mix and match these lost and found souls to create an ethereal bodyguard squad wielding massive clubs, magical bullet hell volleys, and other devastating skills to overcome challenges and traverse a world painted in a Japanese dark fantasy aesthetic.
“ENDER LILIES draws from many inspirations, but the end product is a wholly unique metroidvania that appeals to fans of the genre while welcoming less experienced action RPG players into the fold,” said Hiroyuki Kobayashi, CEO, Binary Haze Interactive. “We’ve already had so much positive feedback in Early Access and look forward to seeing how players enjoy the full story now that it’s in their hands.”
Purchase ENDER LILIES: Quietus of the Knights on Nintendo Switch or Steam for $24.99 USD / 24,99€ Euros / £21.99 GBP / ¥128 CNY. Enjoy the story in English, Japanese, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Korean, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), or Russian.

SacriFire, an RPG experience like no other, Coming to Nintendo Switch!
Warsaw, Poland — June 13, 2021 — Pixelated Milk, developers of Regalia: Of Men and Monarchs and Warsaw have announced their next project, SacriFire. Inspired by jRPGs of the past, Sacrifire features a unique blend of real-time and turn-based combat, music by Motoi Sakuraba, and a combination of gorgeous 2D and 3D artwork.
As announced during the PC Gaming Show, SacriFire can be backed on Kickstarter today. SacriFire is planned to launch for PC (Steam, Epic Game Store, GOG) as well as Playstation (PS4, PS5), Xbox (XB1, XSX) and Switch consoles in 2022.
“The team here at Pixelated Milk is incredibly excited to be announcing the Kickstarter launch for SacriFire, our upcoming JRPG-inspired title” said Bartosz Łojewski, Project Lead at Pixelated Milk. “Beautiful retro pixel art, a blend of real-time and turn-based combat, and music by Motoi Sakuraba are all going to come together in a game that is a love letter to games we loved. Players will encounter memorable characters, an underground city, a world of spirits, a war between gods and demons, and one soldier’s ultimate test of faith, you know… everything a good JPRG needs!. We’re seeking 82,000 euros on Kickstarter to help fund this ambitious project, but the sky is the limit!”
SacriFire tells the story of Ezekiel Ridan, a young soldier training to join an elite sect of holy warriors who keep the subterranean city of Antioch safe from demons roaming the surface above. The theft of a mysterious relic sets Ezekiel on an adventure which will lead to places he would never have imagined, where he’ll uncover secrets which cause him to question everything he believes. A struggle thousands of years in the making is about to unfold.
Ezekiel and his companions battle through demons, cultists, and ancient automatons using shapeshifting weaponry and special attacks that uncover and target enemy weaknesses. Surviving battles requires more than hacking away—every enemy type is weak to different types of weapon damage which becomes more effective as attacks are chained together.
Key Features:
Dynamic battles – SacriFire’s combat engine blends real-time and turn-based styles to provide a fluid experience that is both challenging and satisfying. Fight alongside companions, choose from multiple weapons, target individual enemy body parts, and string attacks together to create elaborate combos.
High-quality presentation – Employing a combination of pixel art and 3D graphics allows us to combine retro-style graphics with innovative digital effects wizardry. Hand-drawn and animated characters blend seamlessly with 3D-modeled environments.
Moral complexity – SacriFire’s original story aims to both respect and subvert the standard RPG tropes, so although you’ll feel right at home with our cast of lovable characters, you’ll never know what to expect next!
A tale of two worlds – Travel between the sprawling subterranean city of Antioch and the idyllic spirit paradise of Erebus in a well-developed game universe which blends fantasy with science-fiction.
Elaborate gameplay systems – Adopt diverse combat disciplines, craft weapons, solve puzzles and tackle imaginative dungeons.
Original Music and professional voice acting – A brand new soundtrack composed by Game Audio Factory, and the legendary Motoi Sakuraba. The talented Sound Cadence Studios bring SacriFire’s memorable cast to life!

Firegirl fuses retro and modern sensibilities, mixing pixel art with 3D visuals and next-gen rendering techniques like dynamic lighting to create a wholly unique look and feel.
“Firefighting is such a thrilling setup to create our vision of an action rescue platformer,” said Dejima founder Julien Ribassin. “We wanted to capture the sense of imminent danger that comes facing this natural disaster and translate it into a whimsical arcade adventure. Although the players will come face to face roaring blazes and fire-monsters, the goal is rescuing and helping survivors. Firegirl was designed with both newcomers and veterans to the genre of action platformers in mind, and we can’t wait for people to try it out for themselves when it launches this Fall.”
“We’re always on the lookout for new, exciting games at Thunderful and Firegirl is right up our alley,” said Thunderful’s Head of Publishing, Dieter Schoeller. “It takes the seemingly simple concept of fighting fires and makes it utterly captivating. It’s the perfect pick up and play title, offering a zippy arcade twist on rescuing people from an environmental disaster.”

This follow-up to Super Bernie World, which has more than 300,000 downloads across Steam and itch.io, will launch simultaneously with the previously announced PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Steam and itch.io versions on Windows and Linux.
A new trailer debuts footage of the earth-element rice farmer and snow fox outfits’ special abilities in action. Also making its first appearance, the protagonist’s weak yet adorable fox form serves as one last chance at survival before her death.
Run, jump, and drill into enemies across five 8-bit worlds inspired by Japanese mythology. Master elemental abilities hidden in cute outfits like an earthy rice farmer wielding a powerful jump attack and a snow fox freezing enemies to make new platforms. Power up with stolen skills like a giant rideable boot or an antique samurai spear. Revisit levels with newfound abilities for secrets and side quests to unlock the best ending for Kitsune Tails’ queer romance.
Yuzu begins her quest to prove to her kitsune clan, her extended family of fox-people, that her human side won’t stop her from faithfully serving as a divine messenger for the goddess Inari. However, the friendly healer Akko saves the half-kitsune hero from a mishap on her first adventure, planting the seed for a budding lesbian romance with Yuzu… and creating a jealous rival in Yuzu’s childhood friend and member of the kitsune nobility, Kiri.
“Love takes many forms, but one of the things that makes love special is it can be a vehicle for self-actualization,” said Emma ‘Eniko’ Maassen, Kitsune Games founder. “Players will need to master outfits and abilities to find all the hidden story content and unlock the best ending, and along the way they’ll explore the relationships between Yuzu, Akko, and Kiri and watch the three women grow into better versions of themselves.”
