Nongunz: Doppelganger Edition Coming to Nintendo Switch!
9 June, 2020 – Indie publisher Digerati and developer Brainwash Gang are delighted to announce nihilistic action-platformer Nongunz: Doppelganger Edition for PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PS4. The game will launch Q3 2020. A fully remastered version of the original Nongunz, the Doppelganger Edition features two all-new modes, ‘Arena’ and local co-op.
A demo for Nongunz: Doppelganger Edition will feature as part of the upcoming Steam Game Festival, which runs from 16th – 22nd June, and will be downloadable from the game’s Steam page.
A closed beta is also planned and anyone wishing to participate can submit their details now to the sign-up form.
The enigmatic Nongunz first launched on PC in 2017, with PS4 and Switch versions planned to follow. However, when Sindiecate – the game’s publisher at the time – vanished without a trace, the future for Nongunz and the planned console versions looked uncertain.
Following a chance encounter with Brainwash Gang at 35,000 feet (they were on the same flight), Digerati jumped at the opportunity to sign Nongunz and is thrilled to be able to give the game the full release it deserves across PC and, for the very first time, console.
Brainwash Gang’s Edu Verzinsky, founder and developer at the Madrid-based developer, explains more about the remastered Nongunz:
“The Doppelganger Edition adds a co-op mode and a new arena mode. We have also tweaked some enemies in order to greatly lower the player’s suffering. We hope console players will welcome it as a challenge, as we know it is one of the hardest games to beat in the market.”
“That being said, our goal has always been to make a 100% fair game, so it is in the players’ hands and ability to complete it and share their knowledge about the game.”
About The Game
Nongunz is a nihilistic action platformer roguelike. Obscure in both gameplay and theme, Nongunz is a riddle that demands sacrifice. Completely rebuilt in Unity, the Doppelganger Edition is a remastered version of the original, featuring two all-new modes: Arena and Local Co-op.
Key Features
- Unforgiving gameplay that will challenge both your skill and your wits
- The whole game is a riddle. Unveil the mystery behind the nihilistic universe of Nongunz
- Beautifully crafted black and white pixel environments and characters
- Hundreds of levels plagued with dozens of different enemies
- Many weapons, items and equipment to unlock and master
- The potential to change your perception about existence, violence, and mankind
- New for the Doppelganger Edition! Join forces with your double in Local Co-op mode
- New for the Doppelganger Edition! Survive an eternity of enemies in Arena mode
Each run will have you parting from a black and white graveyard into an ever-changing gothic dungeon full of nightmares fleshed out of human viscera. Surviving this distraught roguelike will not only require skill but style, since Nongunz rewards you for long-lasting combos and challenges… moreover, score will play a key role in the progress of the idle game: the formation of your very own band of lost souls and death cultists.
As the world of Nongunz evolves, you will meet special characters that will inhabit your graveyard: praying cultists, self-scourging martyrs, somber gravediggers… which will either help you widen your killing skills or improve the performance of the insidious idle game built around the graveyard.

Creepy J-horror Puzzle-Platformer Tamashii Coming This Christmas To Nintendo Switch!
5 December, 2019 – Indie publisher Digerati is unleashing the skin-crawling screen-warping terror of Tamashii on consoles later this month. Created by Brazil-based independent developer Vikintor, Tamashii is a harrowing platformer that blends challenging traversal, unique puzzles, and unsettling horror inspired by obscure Japanese games of the late ’80s and ’90s.
Tamashii‘s horror-infused puzzle-platforming will be available to download 17/18 December on PS4 (NA/EU respectively), 24 December on Xbox One, and 25 December on Nintendo Switch.

“With Tamashii I tried to express to players the same feeling of discovery and confusion that obscure titles of the past provided, using context instead of nostalgia as a primary point,” explains developer Vikintor. “The game was made keeping a balance between puzzle platforming, cryptic story and eerie atmosphere. Kind of a darker Monster Party (NES game from ’89)”
Since it’s release earlier this year on PC, Tamashii has garnered critical and audience praise.
