Elliot Quest, on Wii U™, will have new Miiverse™ features, additional content, and a worldwide 15% discount. PlayEveryWare also bringing game to the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, XBox One, and Nintendo 3DS™ in 2016
SEATTLE, USA, July. 24, 2015 — PlayEveryWare, the company behind the exceptionally well-reviewed Wii U port of Elliot Quest by Ansimuz Games, announces the next major update to the game today. On July 30th, a new Miiverse Journal will be available for all players to share and leave notes about their adventures. The Wii U GamePad will allow players to post and view hints, share the secrets they find, and more,f during real-time gameplay. Adding to the excitement, PlayEveryWare and Ansimuz Games collaborated on creating fun new Miiverse Stamps to use in their Miiverse posts. Over twenty Stamps can be unlocked as players defeat bosses, discover secrets, and explore new locations in each of the multiple game endings.
“We are really excited to see how players will use this new feature” said PlayEveryWare co-founder Thomas O’Connor. “Elliot Quest’s Miiverse community is so amazingly positive and supportive of one another! They already help each other get through challenging areas while cautious of spoilers, and sharing screenshots of all the really fun and surprising Easter eggs that they find on their adventures. The Miiverse Journal will make it easier and enjoyable for the community to share their experiences. We enjoy supporting the Elliot Quest community by creating features they can use based on their engagement and feedback.”
To celebrate this new content, PlayEveryWare and Nintendo are offering a 15% discount to new North American and European players for two weeks following the release of the update. During this same time, Elliot Quest will be showcased at Gamescom in Cologne, Germany. Come visit us and play the game at a special reception at our booth from 5pm to 7pm, located at B-042 in Hall 10.1 (the public entertainment area).
In addition to this major Wii U update, PlayEveryWare is hard at work porting the game to other console systems. Expect to see the game on PS4, PS3, PSVita, XBox One, and Nintendo 3DS in 2016.
