Amstelveen, August 18th, 2022 – Mindscape, in partnership with publisher Just For Games and developer FRAG Games, announced today that Life in Willowdale: Farm Adventures has passed final certification and will launch on September 27th for Switch and PC, with a launch on PS4 and PS5 following on October 18th.

Featuring farming gameplay in a cozy town filled with friendly locals, as well as adventures across the region, Life in Willowdale: Farm Adventures is now available for pre-order on the Nintendo eShop or physically at a local retailer near you.

“We’re excited to announce that we’ve gone gold, and now we are in full swing until launch!” said Marcel van der Steen, Commercial Director at Mindscape. “Life in Willowdale is a great family-friendly game for the upcoming fall and winter seasons with lots of outdoor adventures when you are cooped up indoors. Once such a lively country town, Willowdale is in chaos. The mayor’s daughter dislikes the countryside and wants to transform and modernize the town, but now the animals are neglected and the villagers no longer feel at home. The mayor and townspeople need your help to restore Willowdale to its former glory. Set up a bustling farm, construct buildings and make friends with the colorful villagers while also setting off on adventures to rescue and bring back animals that have left.

The game will launch on Nintendo Switch, and PC for Steam on 27th September. The game will launch on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 on 18th October.

Not your garden variety farming game, Life in Willowdale features an expansive world to explore as you start sowing, growing and harvesting, with mysterious creatures and uncommon encounters!

The once thriving community of Willowdale is in ruins, as the mayor’s daughter Penny is turning the town into a tourist trap, driving away the animals and upsetting the balance of nature. Amid public outcry, your uncle, the mayor, has asked you to return to your family farm to help restore harmony and town spirit in Willowdale. But it may not be that easy…
