October 11th, 2022 – Lightwood Games is thrilled to announce details of their latest word game, Letterbox by POWGI.

Letterbox is a game of anagrams and logical reasoning. The letters from a nine-letter word must be rearranged and placed into the middle of a 5×5 grid so that it forms six five-letter words. There’s just one correct answer that spells valid English words in all directions.

Letterbox by POWGI features 120 unique puzzles and, as always, the puzzles are hand-crafted and checked to ensure a pleasant and satisfying solving experience.

In typical POWGI style, the “reward” for solving each puzzle is a terrible “dad joke”.

The game will be released on Tuesday 11th October on PlayStation, Thursday 13th October on Switch and Friday 14th October on Xbox.

06 OCTOBER, 2022 – Get ready to rampage with monster-sized arcade action –  Terror of Hemasaurus is coming soon to PC and consoles, publisher Digerati is thrilled to announce. The city smashing, human squishing, apocalyptic fun kicks off 17th October on PC (Steam, Epic, GOG, and other storefronts), priced $12.99 and with a 20% discount for a limited time.

Console versions will follow in December, arriving 5th Dec for PlayStation, 6th Dec for Nintendo Switch, and 7th Dec for Xbox.

Combining awesome pixel devastation and stupidly big explosions, Terror of Hemasaurus is the next game from Super Blood Hockey developer, Loren Lemcke.

Players take the role of one of four carnage-causing kaiju as they embark on a devastating, and darkly funny, trail of destruction that takes them across the USA as part of a dubious last ditch plan by The Church of the Holy Lizard to save humanity from its own reckless disregard of the planet. About F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch

Six years ago, the Legion invaded and colonized the Torch City, which was originally inhabited by animals. Rayton, the former soldier in the resistance war, has been living in seclusion since then. After his friend is arrested, Rayton reclaims his mechanical fist and decides to fight back. Little did he know he would be involved in a much bigger scheme between the Gang, the Resistance, and the Legion.

Developed by TiGames in Shanghai, F.I.S.T.: Forged In Shadow Torch is a 3D Metroidvania action game with a rabbit protagonist wielding a giant mechanical Fist in an original dieselpunk world. Paris, October 3rd, 2022 – Today, Microids is pleased to announce the game’s release date as well as a new demo for Arkanoid Eternal Battle, now available on Steam during Steam Next Fest (October 3 – 10). This demo will allow fans to get their hands on the Battle Royale mode and engage in thrilling competitions for up to 25 players! Those excited to (re)experience the classic block-breaker franchise will only have a few weeks to wait as Arkanoid Eternal Battle will launch October 27 on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One consoles, Xbox Series X|S and PC. In North America, the retail versions will be available November 8th.

Developed by talented studio Pastagames, Arkanoid Eternal Battle will invite players to discover or rediscover the iconic block breaker in a fully modernized and revamped version and compete online with up to 25 players in its unique cross-play Eternal Battle mode.

Steam Next Fest Demo

From today, October 3rd, to October 10th, players will be able to try out the Battle Royale mode thanks to a new demo available during Steam Next Fest. Those eager to play with the Neo, Retro and Versus modes, will have to wait a few weeks when the game launches on October 27!
