Minimalist Real-time Tactics Roguelite, Bad North, Now Available On Switch!
Welcome to Bad North, a minimalist real-time tactics roguelite where you must stand your ground against the multitudes of Vikings who want to see your head on the receiving end of their axes. Command troops to defend your land, develop them into different classes each with their own unique skills, and equip hero units with items that grant special abilities. Sail from island to island in a procedurally generated campaign and fight your way to victory in a game that is deceptively simple to pick up but with plenty of depth for strategy veterans.
Bad North is out now for Nintendo Switch at $14.99 / €14.99 / £11.99 and will be coming to both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on August 28th.

You’re alone in this world with only a small group of faithful soldiers who are still loyal to the old regime, the monarchy has been decimated by a ravenous Viking horde. You are the last thing that stands between them and the complete eradication of your bloodline. And those Vikings are on the way to finish the job.
This is Bad North, a minimalistic real-time tactics game with procedurally generated elements and a lot of depth. Waves of Vikings will crash onto your shores and try to pillage the last of your holdings, fight back utilizing different unit types, heroes, and upgrades in a game that is simple to pick up yet challenging for battle-hardened strategy vets.
Developed by Plausible Concept, founded by the incredibly talented duo of Oskar Stålberg (The Division) and Richard Meredith (Little Nightmares), alongside IGF award-winning sound designer Martin Kvale (GoNNER, Hidden Folks), look for Bad North in Summer 2018 on Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and mobile.
