Mario Kart 8 Races Into Living Rooms of Future Wii U Owners as Part of a New Configuration


A new ongoing configuration of the Wii U console that includes a pre-installed version of the Mario Kart 8 game as well as a Nintendo eShop download card for the first two Mario Kart 8 DLC packs will hit retail stores across the country in mid-September. Over the next few weeks and months, Nintendo will launch a robust slate of games for Wii U, including Super Mario Maker (11th of September), Yoshi’s Woolly World (October 16), Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water (Nintendo eShop exclusive, October 22), Star Fox Zero (November 20), Xenoblade Chronicles X (December 4), Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash (Holiday 2015) and Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival(Holiday 2015).
